The points to be taken into consideration regarding the theses prepared by Department of EEE undergraduate students within the scope of EEM460-Graduation Project course:

Theses prepared in accordance with the Thesis Template and Thesis Writing Guide will be delivered to the advisors in PDF format by Friday of the 12th week of the Spring Semester.

Seminar presentations and poster presentations of the theses will be made in front of the designated committee during the 13th week of the Spring Semester, on the days and hours to be determined by the Department Head.

After the presentations, students will finalize their thesis files by completing possible revisions.

A plagiarism report must be prepared and the total similarity rate must not exceed 30%. In addition, the similarity from a single source must not exceed 5%.

After the approval of their thesis advisors, students will print out their thesis files and bind them in paperback.

Prepared theses must be submitted to the Head of Department by the end of the final week of the Spring Semester at the latest.
